Founder & President

Growing up as a pastor’s son, Dr. Leader has always had a love for God and a calling to ministry. After serving in local churches for nearly 10 years, Chris devoted himself to serve at the intersection of faith – politics – music and missions.  With a conviction that all of life’s decisions must be filtered through the lens of personal faith, Chris is committed to mobilizing people of faith to live and vote in accordance with their beliefs.

Dr. Leader serves as the President of Food Aid International, President of Kids Against Hunger, and President of Ignite Outreach. His passion is equipping and empowering the American church to join God on His mission of reaching the nations with the Gospel. He has always had a passion for Christian music and is excited to now serve as an owner of AtlantaFest, the oldest Christian music festival in the South.

Utilizing his education and background in politics, Christian music and church ministry, Chris is excited to serve as the President of Vote Your Faith with the mission of mobilizing and registering people of faith to vote in accordance with their convictions and personal values.

Chair of Christian Women Vote their Faith

With roots in the Midwest, Linda Koldenhoven settled with her family in sunny Florida. There she launched a Screen Actors Guild talent agency which included modeling and marketing divisions providing top tier talent.

Linda also founded a consulting business and immediately attracted powerhouse clients across the country with various companies and entities in the health and medical fields, education and fashion. Additionally, she was hand-selected to create and launch the very first John C. Maxwell Leadership Awards Program working directly with John.

In addition to her countless volunteer activities, Linda has chaired various boards, including creating and chairing the Women’s Advisory Board for Museum of the Bible for over 3 years. She is the Founder of Curating For Him – a non-profit whose mission is to bring glory to God through Fashion, Food and the Arts. Most recently she has been organizing and chairing briefings in The White House for women leaders around the country and encouraging women to vote their faith and values. Linda has been married to Ken for 43 years and have 3 adult children and 3 adorable grandsons.

Pastor Rob Pacienza | email

Chair of Church Engagement

Rob Pacienza is the Senior Pastor of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church, founded by Dr. D. James Kennedy. He grew up under the ministry of Dr. Kennedy and was mentored by him throughout high school and college. Rob graduated from Samford University with a BA in Religion and from Knox Seminary with a Masters in Divinity. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate at The Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. Rob’s doctorate project will focus on developing a discipleship plan that prepares the Church to recapture their prophetic voice in the public square.

He has a passion to see the Church equip gospel-centered, culture-shaping Christians that build the city of God in the midst of the city of man. Rob is married to Jennifer and they have two children – Preston and Lydia.

Leesa Schram

Co-Chair of Christian Women Vote their Faith

Leesa Schram resides in Holland Michigan and is married to Dr. Jon Schram. They have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.  She attends Christ Memorial Church, where she has served in various leadership positions including Elder and Deacon and Mentoring young women,

Leesa has been involved with a number of local, national, and international organizations working across all levels as well as past board positions.  Leesa currently is serving on the board of the Macatawa Bay Yacht Club, Words of Hope Board of Direction and the Tulip Time Board.  She has served on the Women’s Advisory Board of the Museum of the Bible

Leesa, along with her husband, Jon Schram own and operate ProFuse Health, a nutraceutical company that provides products to assist in the bariatric community and in weight loss and healthy living.  She and her family just acquired a retail entity in Holland, MI.
